Hello! My name is Joe and I have been practicing Lucid Dreaming and Out of Body Experiences for several years now. I have a lifelong fascination with human consciousness. What is it? How is it created? Where does it come from? Can the physical human brain alone explain consciousness? Can consciousness exist outside of the physical brain as Out of Body Experiences (OBE) and Near Death Experiences (NDE) seem to indicate? Does our consciousness survive our physical body’s death? I became interested in Lucid Dreaming and OBEs as a way to explore my own consciousness and perhaps answer some of these questions.
